Highway / Interstate builds

Just wondering, Has anyone built an interstate map yet? how well does the tool work with that? Would like to create a "Shutoko" like circuit around my city going from downtown to the Interstate loop. If anyone knows any already made let me know and I'll try them out! Thanks!
